Privacy Policy

HomeTeam is a household management app made by Coulthard Golf Ltd. (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information HomeTeam handles and — more importantly — what it doesn't.
We never see your data. HomeTeam has no servers of ours, no user accounts, no analytics trackers, and no ads. Everything you put into HomeTeam lives on your devices and, if you enable iCloud, in your own private iCloud database that only your Apple ID (and the family members you share with) can access. We cannot read it, and we don't want to.
What HomeTeam stores, and where
When you use HomeTeam, you may enter information such as: household details (a household name, rooms, region); member names, avatar emoji, and colors; chores, completions, points, streaks, and badges; meal plans and grocery lists; pet names, feeding logs, and vet reminders.
This information is stored: (1) on your device, in the app's local database; and (2) in your private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit), if your device is signed into iCloud — this is how your household's devices stay in sync. Your private iCloud database is controlled by Apple and encrypted in transit and at rest under Apple's iCloud security terms. We have no access to it. Syncing between family members happens entirely within your household's own iCloud sharing — never through us.
What we collect
Nothing. HomeTeam contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no crash-reporting services operated by us, and no network calls to our servers. Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated statistics (such as download counts) and standard crash reports through App Store Connect if you have opted into sharing them with developers in your device settings; these contain no household content.
Purchases
HomeTeam Premium is an optional subscription processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Family Sharing of the subscription is managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, HomeTeam schedules reminders (for example, pet feeding times or the weekly chore reset) locally on your device. These never pass through our servers — because there aren't any.
Children
HomeTeam is designed for households, including kids. Because the app has no accounts, no data collection, and no ads, no personal information about any household member — child or adult — is ever transmitted to us or to third parties. Children's names entered by a family exist only on that family's own devices and private iCloud database.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes its local data from your device. To remove synced data from iCloud, delete the app's data in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage, or turn off iCloud for HomeTeam. Because we hold no copies, there is nothing further to request from us — though you can always contact us with questions.
Changes to this policy
If HomeTeam's data practices ever change (for example, if a future feature requires a server), we will update this policy, change the effective date above, and describe the change plainly in the App Store release notes before it takes effect.
